Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 26 November 2012 and are advised that in
accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Mrs Rochelle Manilall has
been appointed as Company Secretary with immediate effect, replacing Mark Daly who was
appointed CFO for the group.
Shareholders are further notified that KPMG Inc. has been appointed as the external auditors for the
group with effect from 18 December 2012, replacing Mazars.
