CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
informed of the resignation of Mr. P Steyn as independent non-
executive director of the Company.
The purpose of his appointment was to duly constitute an
Independent Board to oversee the two offer processes as
required in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements and the
Companies Act Regulations. Following the completion of the
Independent Board’s function, he resigned from the Board on 18
December 2012. The Board would like to thank Phildo for his
valued contributions to the Company during his tenure.
