Linked unitholders are advised that the Company’s annual report for the financial year ended 31 August 2012 (the “Annual
Report”), was dispatched today, Thursday, 20 December 2012, and contains no material changes to the audited condensed
consolidated results for the year ended 31 August 2012, released over SENS on 30 October 2012. The Annual Report is also
available on the Company’s website at www.redefineint.com.
The Annual Report contains a notice of the annual general meeting for RIN shareholders and debenture holders, which will be
held at the offices of the Company at 2 Arnold Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg at 10:00 on Tuesday, 29 January 2013.
