Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 12 November 2012, and the
previous announcement referred to therein, in respect of a potential dispute between a subsidiary of
the company and regulators. The outcome is still uncertain and therefore the impact on the company,
if any, cannot be determined at this time. Depending on how matters develop, it may have a material
effect on the price of the company’s securities.
Accordingly shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company’s
securities until this cautionary announcement is withdrawn or a full announcement is made.
