71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited’s Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company
has received formal notification in the prescribed form from
Momentum Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Momentum”) that it has
acquired 6 500 000 Torre shares resulting in Momentum
increasing their shareholding in Torre from 0% to 6.21%.
