FINALISATION INFORMATION REGARDING THE ODD-LOT OFFER PRICE
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 22 November 2012 and 3 October 2012
and the circular dated 2 October 2012, regarding inter alia the Odd-lot offer.
The Odd-lot offer price is 231 cents, which equates to the three day volume weighted average price of
Alert Steel shares traded on the JSE up to the close of business on 24 December 2012 , plus a 5% (five
percent) premium.
