UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS REGARDING THE CHANGE OF NAME OF AMALGAMATED APPLIANCE HOLDINGS LIMITED TO HOME OF LIVING BRANDS GROUP LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by AMAP on 20 November 2012, relating to
the results of the Annual General Meeting at which meeting, a resolution relating to the Change of
Name was approved by shareholders. Shareholders are hereby advised that AMAP is still awaiting
registration of the resolution by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission ("CIPC"). As a
result, the salient dates and times applicable to the Change of Name dated 20 November 2012, are
no longer applicable. A further announcement setting out a revised timetable will be made as soon as
the resolutions have been registered with CIPC.
