RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Chemspec wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr TP Dykins,
as an executive director of Chemspec with effect from 28 February 2013, to
pursue personal interests.
The Chemspec board of directors wish to extend their thanks to Mr Dykins
for his invaluable contribution to the Company and wish him well for the
future.
