APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised of the following appointment to the Board of Clientele Limited:
Mr Robert Donald Williams
Independent non-executive director
56 years of age, Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa. Previous experience includes 6
years as executive head of Aon Hewitt (retirement funding, health care and actuarial
services), prior to that managing director of QED Actuaries and Consultants (actuarial services
to life insurers, short-term insurers, retirement funds). Over 20 years experience acting as the
appointed statutory actuary to various life insurance companies in Southern Africa.
