CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Bauba (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Grant Pitt has resigned from the Board and as
Chief Executive Officer with effect from 31 January 2013 for personal reasons.
The Board thanks Grant for his invaluable contribution in steering the Company through its formative years
and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Board has commenced the process to fill the vacancy and shareholders will be notified once the new
appointment has been made.
