FORM OF PROXY TO NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Holders of BCX ordinary shares and "A" ordinary shares ("Shareholders") are referred to the
announcement released on SENS on 11 December 2012 regarding inter alia the posting of the
Company’s annual report together with a notice of Annual General Meeting ("notice of AGM") to be
held on 14 January 2013 at 11:00 .
Shareholders are advised that the form of proxy attached to the notice of AGM is for use by both
BCX ordinary shareholders and BCX “A” ordinary shareholders and should be completed and
submitted in accordance with the instructions contained therein.
