SHARES
Shareholders are advised of the following:
Wine Investments Limited, an investment company for the Tollman
family, has notified the Company that it has purchased an
additional 7.28 % shareholding from Capital Africa Limited, a
private equity fund under the management of Brait SE (“CAL”), as
well as from others in January 2013 to take it's shareholding in
Wilderness to slightly below 35%. CAL has now disposed of its
entire holding in the Company.
