RESIGNATION OF GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Pursuant to the conclusion of a mutual separation agreement, shareholders are advised in
terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements that effective 21 December 2012,
Mr CJA Wolmarans has resigned as Group Financial Director from the PKH Board as well as
from all other directorships and offices he holds with the Company and its subsidiaries
and/or affiliated entities.
