BOARD CHANGE
On 11 October 2012 PPC announced the appointment of Mr K (Ketso) Gordhan to the Board as Chief
Executive Officer Designate. It was further stated that he would succeed Mr Paul Stuiver as Chief
Executive Officer from 1 January 2013.
In line with this succession, Mr Paul Stuiver has now resigned from the Board with effect from 15
January 2013.
The Board again thanks Paul for his valuable contribution to the advancement of PPC and wish him
well in his retirement.
