POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the circular, incorporating a notice of a general meeting to be held at
10h00 on Thursday, 14 February 2013 at 228 Voortrekker Street, Krugersdorp,1739 has been mailed
to shareholders today.
The notice of meeting contains proposed resolutions relating to inter alia the acquisition by Wescoal
Mining (Pty) Ltd (“Wescoal Mining”) of the Vlaklaagte Prospecting Right, the disposal of the Vlaklaagte
Prospecting Right by Wescoal Mining to Xstrata South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Xstrata”), the acquisition of
the Elandspruit Mining Right by Wescoal from Duiker Mining (Pty) Ltd and the acquisition by Blanford
006 (Pty) Ltd of three properties owned by Xstrata.
A copy of the circular, the Elandspruit Competent Persons Report and the Vlaklaagte Competent
