Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company
has received a formal notification in the prescribed form that Mvelaphanda
Holdings Limited (“Mvelaphanda Holdings”) has disposed its interest in the
securities of the Company such that the total interest in the securities
of the Company held by Mvelaphanda Holdings now amounts to 0% of the total
issued share capital of the Company.
