RESULTS OF THE ADCORP GENERAL MEETING
INTRODUCTION
Adcorp shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the
announcement by Adcorp for the acquisition of Paxus Australia
Proprietary Limited (“Paxus”) (“the Acquisition”), which was
released on SENS on 12 December 2012 and published in the
press on 13 December 2012.
OUTCOME OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting held
today at the registered office of the Company, all of the
proposed resolutions set out in the notice of general meeting
included in the Adcorp circular to Shareholders, dated 13
December 2012, were approved by the requisite majority of
Shareholders.
The Acquisition remains subject to conditions precedent and
once all the conditions precedent to the Acquisition have been
fulfilled a further announcement will be made.
