RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
Mr Ferdinand Pieterse has resigned as the Chief Operating Officer
and director of the Kelly Group, with the resignation being
effective from 28 February 2013. Mr Pieterse will pursue his
career in the financial services industry and the Board at this
point in time has decided not to replace him.
The board wishes to express its appreciation to Ferdie for his
contribution to the Kelly Group over the last four years and
wishes him well in his new employment.
