In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and following
the announcement dated 28 November 2012, Brimstone shareholders are advised that
Mr Fred Robertson, currently executive deputy chairman of Brimstone, has been
appointed as executive chairman of the Company with immediate effect.
