RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of shareholders of HCI held on Friday, 18 January 2013
(in terms of the notice of general meeting issued on 30 November 2012), all of
the resolutions to approve the Company’s new Memorandum of Incorporation were
passed by the requisite majority of HCI shareholders.
