APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 11 January 2013 in which
they were advised that all resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual
General Meeting were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
Shareholders attention is drawn to the fact that one of the resolutions
approved related to the appointment of Mr PM Makwana as an independent
non-executive director and a member of the audit and risk committee. In
compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr PM Makwanas appointment was effective from
11 January 2013.
