It is hereby announced that Ms Lerato Petunia Manaka has
been appointed Company Secretary of Barloworld Limited with
effect from 1 February 2013. Ms Manaka takes over from
Mr Bethuel Ngwenya whose resignation takes effect on
31 January 2013.
