RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Indequity shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on
Tuesday, 22 January 2013, the requisite majority of shareholders passed all of the ordinary resolutions
and Special Resolutions Numbers 1, 3 and 4 as set out in the notice included in the 2012 annual
report. Special Resolution Number 2 relating to the approval of the remuneration of the non-executive
directors of the Company was passed subsequent to an amendment increasing the proposed
remuneration paid to such directors per day of attending meetings from R10 000 to R20 000.
