RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general
meeting of the Company held on Friday, 25 January 2013,
all the ordinary and special resolutions presented in the
notice of annual general meeting were approved by the
requisite majority.
The memorandum of incorporation approved at the annual
general meeting will be submitted to the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission for filing in due
course.
