CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that Mr. Michael RD Boyns has resigned as the Company Secretary of
Metmar with effect from 31 January 2013.
The Board of Directors of Metmar would like to thank Michael for his contribution to the
group and wish him well in his retirement.
Shareholders are hereby advised that Ms. Anlia (Anna Cecilia) Swart has been appointed as
Company Secretary of Metmar Limited with effect from 01 February 2013.
Anlia Swart is an accomplished business professional and has more than 11 years’
experience in corporate governance. She has held the position of Company Secretary in both
listed and unlisted companies including Optimum Coal, Altech Management Services and
PBMR.
