RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Linked unit holders of Vividend are hereby advised that with the exception of
the resolutions set out below, which were withdrawn prior to the annual general
meeting, all of the remaining ordinary and special resolutions were passed by
the requisite majority of linked unit holders at the annual general meeting of
the Company held today, 28 January 2013.
The following resolutions were withdrawn:
- Ordinary Resolution number 5: Placing of unissued linked units under the
control of the directors;
- Ordinary Resolution number 6: General authority to issue linked units for
cash; and
- Special Resolution number 3: Adoption of a new memorandum of
incorporation.
