RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of BioScience shareholders held
today, all the resolutions set out in the notice of meeting were passed by the requisite
majority of votes of shareholders present and represented by proxy. The special resolutions
will be submitted to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission for filing in due course.
