In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Neil Esterhuysen & Associates Inc. (“NEA”)
have been appointed as company secretary to Torre and its
subsidiaries with effect from 1 February 2013.
NEA will be taking over the role of company secretary from
Russell Turner.
