Requirements, KML wishes to announce the resignation due
to ill health of Mr R L Hiemstra as a non-executive
director as well as a member of the Audit and Risk,
Investment, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the
Company on 29 January 2013.
The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Mr Hiemstra
for his contribution and service to the Company over the
years as an independent non-executive director of the
Company.
