Redefine unitholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the company held on Thursday,
31 January 2013, all the proposed resolutions, other than ordinary resolution number 5, regarding the re-
election of Mike Flax as a director, which was withdrawn due to his resignation on 25 January 2013, were
duly passed by the requisite majority of Redefine unitholders.
