RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Duncan Erskine, Chief
Financial Officer (“CFO”) of York has resigned with effect from 30 January 2013.
In the interim period, until the Company completes its recruitment process for a permanent replacement, Sean
Pretorius, Chief Sales and Logistics Officer will be acting CFO. Mr Pretorius is a qualified Chartered Accountant
and has served the Company for two years in various roles.
We thank Mr Erskine for his contribution over the years.
