Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 14 December 2012 regarding the
board’s decision to raise R25 million by way of a rights or claw back offer (“the offer”) of new ordinary shares in order
to fund the working capital requirements and growth of the group. The details of the offer are still being finalised and
shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities until full
details of the proposed offer have been announced.
