Shareholders are referred to the announcement on 11 December 2012 of the proposed sale by
BioSciences wholly owned subsidiary, Bioharmony (Pty) Ltd (Bioharmony) of the Bioharmony
and Menoclove brands and stock.
All suspensive conditions outlined in the announcement on 11 December 2012 were fulfilled and
the effective date of the transaction is 1 February 2013.
