TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial
results of the previous corresponding period.
Comair is currently finalising its results for the six months ended 31 December 2012, which are
expected to be released on SENS by 12 February 2013. In this regard, Comair shareholders are
advised that the Company’s earnings per share and headline earnings per share are expected to be
16.4 cents per share. In the previous period Comair incurred a loss per share of 7.1 cents and a
headline loss per share of 4.9 cents.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and
reported on by Comair`s external auditors.
