Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 5 December 2012 in respect of the acquisition of
60% of the issued share capital of RSA Tankers Proprietary Limited trading as United Bulk from Tanker Solutions
Proprietary Limited (“the Seller”) and all of the Seller’s claims, including claims on loan account against United Bulk
and are advised that all outstanding conditions precedent have been fulfilled and the transaction will now be
implemented in accordance with its terms.
