Further to the cautionary announcements dated 14 November 2012 and 20 December 2012, shareholders
are advised that discussions are still in progress which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect
on the price of Miranda ordinary shares. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the Company’s shares until a further announcement is made in this regard.
