CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of
directors of ISA (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Johan du Toit has been appointed as
the Financial Director of the Company, with effect from 7 February 2013.
Johan is a chartered accountant and has a number of years of experience in finance and management
within the information and communications technology (“ICT”) industry. Johan has previously held the
position of financial director of a JSE-listed ICT entity.
The Board welcomes Johan and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
