Appointment of Dr Christo Wiese to the Pallinghurst board
The directors of Pallinghurst are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Christo Wiese
as an independent non-executive director of the board of Pallinghurst. The appointment
will take effect immediately.
Dr Wiese has over 40 years’ experience in the retail, financial, mining and consumer goods
industries and is widely regarded as one of South Africa’s most successful and influential
businessmen.
Dr Wiese serves on the boards of numerous other listed and unlisted companies and holds
a Bachelor of Arts,a Bachelor of Laws and an Honorary Doctor of Commerce.
