Trading statement
The directors advise that the unaudited consolidated results for Wilson Bayly Homes-Ovcon Limited
for the six months ended 31 December 2012 will show a 2.5% to 7.5% increase in earnings per share
and a 15% to 20% increase in headline earnings per share compared to the comparative period.
The results have not been reviewed or reported on by the company’s auditors. The announcement
of the interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2012 is expected to be published on
Monday, 25 February 2013.
