At the class meeting, combined meeting and ninety ninth annual
general meeting of the shareholders of Reunert, held today, 12
February 2013, all the resolutions proposed at the meetings were
approved by the requisite majority of votes.
To the extent required, the special resolutions will be lodged for

Commission in due course.
