APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 12 December 2012
advising of the appointment of Mustaq Brey as the acting chairman
of the board of directors of Life Healthcare (“the Board”), the
Board is pleased to announce that Mustaq Brey has been appointed
the permanent chairman of the Board with immediate effect. In line
with the King Report on Corporate Governance in South Africa
(2009), Trevor Munday will continue in his role as lead
independent non-executive director.
