RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the
JSE Limited, the board of directors advises the resignation of
Mrs. T.C.C. Mampane as non-executive director of Astral Foods
with effect from 14 February 2013.
The board wishes to thank Mrs. Mampane for her valuable
contribution during her time on the board and wish her well for
the future.
