RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of Oceana (“Shareholders”) are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders held today, all of the ordinary resolutions and the special resolutions proposed in
the notice to Shareholders dated Monday, 10 December 2012, were duly passed by the
requisite majority of Shareholders present or represented by proxy.
The special resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting will be filed with, and registered
where required, by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
