RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of The Don held on 20 February 2013,
convened in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders
dated 22 January 2013, all the resolutions including the resolutions to dispose of the Rosebank
Property, the Isando Property, the Arcadia 1 Property, the Eastgate Property and the Arcadia 2
Property, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions that are required to be lodged at the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission (“CIPC”), in terms of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), will be lodged at
CIPC for registration in due course.
