Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 6 February
2013 regarding the resignation of Johan du Toit as Chief
Executive Officer of Alert.
Shareholders are hereby notified that Johan du Toit has now
been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Alert Steel with
immediate effect.
