Ketan (Ketso) Gordhan has resigned as a non-executive director of
Life Healthcare Group Holdings Limited with effect from 22
February 2013 to enable him to fulfill his extensive work
commitments. Ketso has been a board member since November 2010.
The board members wish to thank Ketso for his contribution during
his time on the board and wish him well for the future.
