CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders were informed in the Company’s Interim Financial Results released on 6 December
2012, that Brikor was in breach of the financing covenants of its Bankers’ facilities.
Subsequently, Brikor has been involved in a dispute with its Bank regarding these facilities.
As the dispute could not be settled amicably between the parties, Brikor proceeded with legal
steps to resolve the matter. An interim interdict was obtained. Pleadings have not closed in the
action and the application is expected to be finalized on 21 May 2013 when a further
announcement shall be made.
Accordingly shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s
securities.
