Unitholders are advised that SA Corporate Fund Managers has entered into exclusive discussions with Old Mutual
Property Proprietary Limited regarding the possible internalisation of the management of the Fund, which, if
successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price of the Fund’s units. Accordingly, unitholders are advised to
exercise caution when trading in the Fund’s units until a further announcement has been made.
