DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE IMP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for Impala Platinum Holdings Limited and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to Impala Platinum Holdings Limited (IMP) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 35 cents per IMPNNF
share instalment that is payable on Monday, 11 March 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of
15 per cent. No STC credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 29.75 cents per share
instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 01 March 2013. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 04 March 2013. The record date will be Friday, 08 March 2013.
Impala Platinum Holdings Limited's income tax reference number is 9700/178/71/9.
