APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Juba Statutory Services (Pty) Ltd (“Juba”) have
been appointed as Company Secretary to ConvergeNet and its
subsidiaries with effect from 01 March 2013.
Juba will be taking over the role of company secretary from
Arcay Client Support (Pty) Ltd.
